Reporting

A wide variety of investigative work and Reporting is undertaken by the practice, in relation to damage claims, conditions of structures, and providing advice for the refurbishment of old/historic buildings. We have extensive experience in assessing the structural condition of properties and investigating defects in buildings; and we have worked alongside most of the Northern Ireland’s loss adjustors in investigating problems related to subsidence, flooding, fire and accidental damage.

Taylor & Boyd has extensive experience in the assessment of defects in buildings and associated infrastructure, and in reporting on the same. The majority of our investigatory and reporting work is carried out for commercial clients, insurance companies and loss adjusters. We also prepare reports for solicitors and act as Expert Witnesses in legal cases, including dealing with allegations of professional negligence.
