The challenge of its confined site led to an interesting design for this steel-framed, two-storey primary school. By phasing the works, the school could remain safely operational.
Phase I: Construction of a two-storey, new-build primary school with gymnasium, kitchen and dining facilities wrapping around the existing school.
Phase II: Demolition of the existing building, construction of playground and parking.
